<section id="H7852C28C007E406A9FFCBF67442DFA0E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>State plan requirements for substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery services block grants</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1932(b)(1)(A) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/300x-32">42 U.S.C. 300x–32(b)(1)(A)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> <paragraph id="HAA5A2C4651AF49C4A8DAC60B0ECF8225"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in clause (ix), by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H43558AAC8F874D4A8BA0E8BBB6AF9FC6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clause (x), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H3C3FE4A27F97452CA9D1B1FB8CFCAD1E"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>

<clause id="H3F9EF4D2A2274BCB9DBD25C52266871E"><enum>(xi)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">describes—</text> <subclause id="H3A5C778B967A434A99B7C6A6DD644E8B"><enum>(I)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the types of drugs available for the purpose of medication-assisted treatment within the State’s system of care;</text></subclause> 
<subclause id="H264CA1DD816E421F98B6BBE67642D7E4"><enum>(II)</enum><text>the State’s medication-assisted treatment programs or protocols used for diversion and misuse prevention and enforcement;</text></subclause> <subclause id="H209BCCEA9A0A4E239702AB2B323402F7"><enum>(III)</enum><text>the State’s data on any misuse of drugs used for medication-assisted treatment, including instances of medication-assisted treatment being mixed with other prescription drugs; and</text></subclause> 
<subclause id="H58D7433190514AEFA312D745F1094F09"><enum>(IV)</enum><text>the State’s data on any drug screening protocols within the State’s system of care, including any specific protocols for drug screening patients who receive medication-assisted treatment.</text></subclause></clause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section> </legis-body></bill>
