<section id="HC3BDCEC405DF4B9D8B683748EC73AC9E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Enhancing Transparency from Airlines Act of 2025</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>ETA Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H7DC5F5E482F649B893A2AF4976F16BD3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Regulations relating to airline passenger delayed flight compensation</header> <subsection id="H221DC4EE074B48A9AEE0BEACEA27AA25"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Codification of final rules</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The following final rules issued by the Secretary of Transportation shall have the force and effect of law:</text>

                    <enum>(2)</enum>
 <text>The rule titled <quote>Enhancing Transparency of Airline Ancillary Service Fees</quote> and published on April 30, 2024 (89 Fed. Reg. 34620).</text>
                </paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="HB32F3D2CE3724AAE92EE5F17DA58601B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Regulations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Transportation shall issue regulations requiring an air carrier to provide to a passenger who arrives at a destination airport, in the case of a domestic flight, 3 or more hours after the original scheduled arrival time, or in the case of an international flight, 6 or more hours after the original scheduled arrival time, compensation of not less than $200 and not more than $500, depending on the length of the delay.</text></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
