1.

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Water Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Act.

2.

Clean water infrastructure resiliency and sustainability program

Section 223(g)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1302a(g)(1)) is amended by striking 2026 and inserting 2031.

Drinking Water System Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Program

Section 1459A(l) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19a(l)) is amended by striking 2026 each place it appears and inserting 2031.

4.

Midsize and Large Drinking Water System Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Program

Section 1459F(f)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19g(f)(1)) is amended by striking 2026 and inserting 2031.
