<section id="HBA79DE11EB6D489EB3FA413AE0F2C208" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Water Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HF55E3A81C5F140F29C382F81BEEDA88C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Clean water infrastructure resiliency and sustainability program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 223(g)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/1302a">33 U.S.C. 1302a(g)(1)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2026</quote> and inserting <quote>2031</quote>.</text></section> <section id="H3F89C53DC04A43D1BD97F3E654AF7A99"><enum>3.</enum><header>Drinking Water System Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1459A(l) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19a(l)) is amended by striking <quote>2026</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>2031</quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H11F40F23C13B49E2AFAAE9E67FB63283"><enum>4.</enum><header>Midsize and Large Drinking Water System Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1459F(f)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19g(f)(1)) is amended by striking <quote>2026</quote> and inserting <quote>2031</quote>.</text> </section> </legis-body></bill>
