Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act to permanently authorize the Every Kid Outdoors program, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H4E73422D5C0E405FAB0424B0925F9F37" style="OLC"> 
<section id="H6DB4078476CE4168864E9F92E4A9F563" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Every Kid Outdoors Reauthorization Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H88304F9948E04471A93662B342CA8A6D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Every Kid Outdoors Reauthorization</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 9001 of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/9">Public Law 116–9</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/6804">16 U.S.C. 6804</external-xref> note) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HC8668F99BC0C43E29EF04EF94FC2487F"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (a)(5), by striking <quote>or home-schooled learner 10</quote> and inserting <quote>or fifth grader or home-schooled learner who is 10 or 11</quote>;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HC815F8C0BF544815BD6CA6B8418C3A5C"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in the heading for subsection (b)(2)(C), by striking <quote><header-in-text level="subparagraph" style="OLC">in grade four</header-in-text></quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H67A5E846AD8D494B812B701D7EE59065"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (b), by amending paragraph (5) to read as follows:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HA04FFD22D7334660899F5183E146ABB7" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <paragraph id="HE7BF4B3055B24EA78D829B87BBDD7637" commented="no"><enum>(5)</enum><header>Authorization of Appropriations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">There is authorized to be appropriated for use by the Secretaries in carrying out paragraph (3), $25,000,000 for each fiscal year to—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H31F04B1819A949C2AFA17DB68BC9D072" commented="no"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">provide operational and staff support for the program, including coordination for the National Park Service to provide operational and staff support in carrying out the activities of the program; </text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="HAB0251F6866C4290B714DF3D51F321C1" commented="no"><enum>(B)</enum><text>promote the program and distribute resources related to the program to schools, youth-serving organizations, parents, and caregivers;</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HA5F67EE77EBF41E2B456CA502D521260" commented="no"><enum>(C)</enum><text>provide transportation services related to the program to schools and youth-serving organizations with the greatest financial needs; and</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="H0EC4279BFEA1407AA36293DE26D937F9" commented="no"><enum>(D)</enum><text>launch targeted outreach related to the program for underserved communities and children with disabilities.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section>
