<section id="H5FB84DB93EA6475E86E94C10CA4E65FA" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Territory Health Revitalization Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H14AF89360233436096B2EA572EAE793B"><enum>2.</enum><header>Set-aside for the territories</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2008(c)(1) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1397g">42 U.S.C. 1397g(c)(1)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting <quote>5 percent of which for each fiscal year shall be reserved for grants to States other than the 50 States and the District of Columbia</quote> before the period.</text></section>
<section id="H0F3F686C48C74F819602619CF23211A4"><enum>3.</enum><header>Eligibility of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2008(a)(4) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1397g">42 U.S.C. 1397g(a)(4)</external-xref>) is amended by striking subparagraph (E).</text></section> <section id="H6A5FD77335D7426D941A5CAB3EA55229"><enum>4.</enum><header>Guarantee of grantees in the territories</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2008(a)(2) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1397g">42 U.S.C. 1397g(a)(2)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<subparagraph id="H017BD2C037EC4E12A5102D0E61237BEE"><enum>(D)</enum><header>Guarantee of grantees in the territories</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall award at least 2 grants under this subsection to an eligible entity that is located in a territory, to the extent there are a sufficient number applications submitted by such an eligible entity that meet the requirements of subparagraph (B).</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> <section id="HC8E071B6A73D47778384899904FDF03F"><enum>5.</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The amendments made by this Act shall take effect on October 1, 2025.</text></section>
