<section id="H1AC1696B94CE4B2F935B9371859AB9E7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Southern Arizona Protection Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H6495F705D4F14D6A9858C5137C55F13F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Restriction on use of antiquities act in certain areas in Arizona</header> <subsection id="HD922FFC3E7FC4A3FADD2459A6AAEE0B7"> <enum>(a)</enum> <header>Nullification of Presidential Proclamation</header> <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Presidential Proclamation 7320 of June 9, 2000 (65 Fed. Reg. 37259, relating to the establishment of the Ironwood Forest National Monument), shall have no force of effect.</text>
      </subsection>
<subsection id="H16B4A3D311CD41DC9A66E236289304E5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Restriction on future monument designations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">No extension or establishment of national monuments within the area generally depicted as <quote>Ironwood Forest National Monument</quote> on the map titled <quote>Ironwood Forest National Monument</quote> and dated June 12, 2000, may be undertaken except by express authorization of Congress.</text> </subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
