<section id="H1FD0C46F39074FE7933EE1DCF643ADCA" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Randy Susen Visitation Rights Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H883D4870BA3F40A793DCFF9517CE9275"><enum>2.</enum><header>Requiring skilled nursing facilities to permit without restriction visitation by certain individuals</header> <subsection id="H3428E7E78C5345A9AF1071F4B876BFC6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Medicare</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1819(c)(3) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1395i-3">42 U.S.C. 1395i–3(c)(3)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HA738B545B6AF4029A64A86AAA07FADB8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph (D), by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H61A41D458A114EDE86793F400E15B10A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H7609CA2795DE4CA98C4861E6D302BA9D"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="H56E764D762FE4CC0B5BFC55401207E9B" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <subparagraph id="H16499F59D0614F5CA6E024184FB5A258"><enum>(F)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">permit immediate access to a resident by not less than 1 individual that such resident designates, subject to the right of such resident to deny or withdraw consent or such designation at any time, but not subject to any other restriction or limitation on such access.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="HA1B6660C56C04A658A13480995AB1E8D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Medicaid</header><text>Section 1919(c)(3) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1396l">42 U.S.C. 1396l(c)(3)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> <paragraph id="H1EA30DB52CEB47129A9443ED0821AAAA"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (D), by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H271F1226C5DC4D4982173C623035DA8B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H929ED0739B554D238AA8BCBEDFB0BECF" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:</text>
