Short title

This Act may be cited as the Domestic Jobs Protection Act.

Definition of unauthorized alien

Section 274A(h)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1324a(h)(3)) is amended by striking or by the Attorney General.
