<section id="H9A98ED707E2143DCA1F4C2D844492955" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Weigh station enforcement of certain safety requirements</header>
<subsection id="H24493A95223645A189FC76F44B658C57"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subchapter III of <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/49/311">chapter 311</external-xref> of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block style="USC" id="HFECA946CBEE44584B8B544AE6D4DC741" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <section id="H08FD861863B64300B9E9740BFEF4E6BF"><enum>31152.</enum><header>Weigh station enforcement of certain safety requirements</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary shall ensure that each State enforces sections 3 and 4 of Executive Order 14286 (relating to Enforcing Commonsense Rules of the Road for America's Truck Drivers (signed on April 28, 2025)) on each commercial motor vehicle that enters a weigh station.</text></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection>
<subsection id="H429A777640224FB0AEADE84E3028FB70"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The analysis for <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/49/311">chapter 311</external-xref> of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/49/31151">section 31151</external-xref> the following:</text> <quoted-block style="USC" id="H4535778546584BD29661C00CF5F67646" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <toc regeneration="no-regeneration"> <toc-entry level="section">31152.
