<section id="H0D0519830CD542178A1F76F6146E0B7B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Pacific Northwest Gray Wolves Relief Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H43D5FF66177342389E0C06A4D3706280" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reissuance of final rule relating to gray wolves</header> <subsection id="H35ABEE98CCCB4F10B18CBBC3D18FAC5A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this section, the Secretary of the Interior shall reissue the final rule titled <quote>Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing the Gray Wolf (Canis lupus) From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife</quote> (85 Fed. Reg. 69778; November 3, 2020).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H1CD79D467486469291421F1BE7330B46"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Application</header><text>The final rule reissued under subsection (a) shall apply only with respect to gray wolf populations in the States of Oregon and Washington.</text> </subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
