Law 24–345) is hereby repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by such Act is restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted into law.</text></subsection><subsection id="H3333EB9FFDCE43A38D82E5DCAC8CE7F2"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Exception</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The repeal under subsection (a) shall not apply with respect to—</text><paragraph id="HE72302F147F345D08DA652C0E5FD455D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>subtitle S of title I of such Act (sec. 5–365.01 et seq., D.C. Official Code); and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H0A68A259E5D44E2F96695F1B7AA78501"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">subtitle A of title I of such Act (sec. 5–125.01 et seq. and sec. 5–302, D.C.
