<section id="HAEB3E650E84D483E90B4C8002EF17B19" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Protect Patients from Costly Care Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HA54471CEF70A41679CD7519E77A3CD93"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of changes to Medicaid cost sharing requirements</header> <subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H610643F646394D9087154165490FFCD3"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 71120 of the Act titled <quote>An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14</quote> (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref>) is repealed and title XIX of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1396">42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.</external-xref>) shall be applied as if such section and the amendments made by such section had not been enacted.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H0CF41A2E6AF445378ED435AB5DC94DFF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Rescission</header><text>The amounts appropriated under section 71120(c) of the Act titled <quote>An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14</quote> (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref>) are hereby rescinded.</text></subsection></section> <section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBF3AABEEC0524D9CBCE9DEF3571D3D2D"><enum>3.</enum><header>Repeal of changes to exclusion for orphan drugs under the Drug Price Negotiation Program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 71203 of the Act titled <quote>An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14</quote> (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref>) is repealed and title XI of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1301">42 U.S.C. 1301 et seq.</external-xref>) shall be applied as if such section and the amendments made by such section had not been enacted.</text></section>
