<section id="HEEC2096ABC5C485B95D7E449F413A970" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Protecting Young Minds Online Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H983BE74362394BD2BEA42961FAFEA557" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Center for Mental Health Services strategy to address effects of new technologies on children’s mental health</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 520(b) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/290bb-31">42 U.S.C. 290bb–31(b)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HA6680DF2EFE545ECB50BA8A3182CDAC4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (16), by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HDB4EEB6A6D6B4A02B892D67D69A09096"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (17), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HA7CCBBE0172D40F489A75C0967AEDE8D"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HD71376E576D040E59FA18C68FF3F1ED0" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <paragraph id="H363984137E6844EC91BB15556BD892AA"><enum>(18)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">develop and implement a strategy to help local communities address the effects of new technologies, such as social media, on children’s mental health. </text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section>
