<section id="H1C702873E55141DABE9AB87B47ABD15B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Showerheads defined</header>
<subsection id="H863B3735C3F4437291F6C7EF2FE2A14A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The final rule of the Department of Energy titled <quote>Energy Conservation Program: Definition of Showerhead</quote> (86 Fed. Reg. 71797 (December 20, 2021)) is repealed.</text></subsection> <subsection id="H79ECCD1BE305485F8E9ABEF84A9368F2"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Showerhead definition</header><text>The final rule of the Department of Energy titled <quote>Energy Conservation Program: Definition of Showerhead</quote> (85 Fed. Reg. 81341 (December 16, 2020)) shall have the force and effect of law.</text> </subsection></section>
