Repeal

The final rule of the Department of Energy titled Energy Conservation Program: Definition of Showerhead (86 Fed. Reg. 71797 (December 20, 2021)) is repealed. (b)

Showerhead definition

The final rule of the Department of Energy titled Energy Conservation Program: Definition of Showerhead (85 Fed. Reg. 81341 (December 16, 2020)) shall have the force and effect of law.
