Short title

This Act may be cited as the No Appointments by Rogue Judges Act.

Vacancies of United States Attorneys

Section 546 of title 28, United States Code, is amended— (1)by amending paragraph (2) of subsection (c) to read as follows: (2)the expiration of the time limitations in section 3346. ; and (2)by striking subsection (d).
