<section id="HC89D3938FB07404FBCD555C677DE7069" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Appointments by Rogue Judges Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="HA29BC211A9C04866870DE9E0AD801900"><enum>2.</enum><header>Vacancies of United States Attorneys</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 546 of title 28, United States Code, is amended—</text> <paragraph id="H88D5B4958FA24DEEB9B1F07E81623DCC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by amending paragraph (2) of subsection (c) to read as follows:</text>
<quoted-block style="USC" id="H0B7E309281CB41C9A23B4B65AE2F9F3D" display-inline="no-display-inline">
<paragraph id="HAA7805CA77AB4857854339D2D3C6ABA0"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the expiration of the time limitations in section 3346. </text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>; and </after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph> <paragraph id="HCEBCC9E78F2646E9B4014432EA478287"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (d).</text> </paragraph></section>
