Short title

This Act may be cited as the Keeping Official Territories Eligible for Land-use Act or the KOTEL Act.

2.

Repeal of prohibition

Section 414 of the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act of 1986 (22 U.S.C. 4862) is repealed.
