 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Keeping Official Territories Eligible for Land-use Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>KOTEL Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="H1C6243B7B55C48CABF6C784DDABF16EF"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of prohibition</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 414 of the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act of 1986 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/4862">22 U.S.C. 4862</external-xref>) is repealed.</text> </section> </legis-body></bill>
