Short title

This Act may be cited as the High Occupancy Vehicle Lane Exemption Reauthorization Act or the HOV Lane Exemption Reauthorization Act.

HOV facilities

Section 166(b)(5)(A) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking September 30, 2025 and inserting September 30, 2031.
