<section id="H12F411099AA74C968299E1BBD8775386" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>St. Louis RECA Readjustment Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HAEEB931F345747CB89A3DAA119FD75A8"><enum>2.</enum><header>Radiation exposure compensation claims relating to Manhattan Project waste</header> <subsection id="H24328D7D38304EF5BFECF02DD18DF396"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Inclusion of additional ZIP Codes</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 5A(d)(1) of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/101/426">Public Law 101–426</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/2210">42 U.S.C. 2210</external-xref> note), as added by section 100204 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref>, is amended by inserting <quote>63106, 63107</quote> after <quote>63074,</quote>.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H615F2859820244B8A8B5CD0104405BA3"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref>.</text></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
