<section id="H04AEA6B7DCA04E7581D6AA76C274628A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Inspector General Access Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H91910C1EEEF342B8A81791AFD03CF973" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Investigations of Department of Justice personnel</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 413 of title 5, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HDF3E413CC3544C58B3FA21D01C09B82C"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (b)—</text> <subparagraph id="H618E04AA14114F69839F16DDC36DAF29"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in paragraph (2), by striking <quote>and paragraph (3)</quote>;</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HEF4204EEF9A641AC872E808EF78B1829"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking paragraph (3);</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="H5F874674DE5E407B9C7970AB0266A34C"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by redesignating paragraphs (4) and (5) as paragraphs (3) and (4), respectively; and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H6F91793AA7554CC6A5CC1FB8CC675D02"><enum>(D)</enum><text>in paragraph (4), as redesignated, by striking <quote>paragraph (4)</quote> and inserting <quote>paragraph (3)</quote>; and</text></subparagraph></paragraph> <paragraph id="HC21EA65DC79B4E0B8E8085562E969E5F"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (d), by striking <quote>, except with respect to allegations described in subsection (b)(3),</quote>.</text></paragraph></section>
