<section id="HA42CA59682B04CA093B3218C361EC85B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Saving Homeowners from Overregulation With Exceptional Rinsing Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>SHOWER Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> <section id="H1C1395F33F9A4AD6ADD5B77AD0AE8D5C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Revised definition of showerhead</header> <subsection id="H97AF435A5CEC4E72B93F5498CFA1886D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Section 321(31)(D) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/6291">42 U.S.C. 6291(31)(D)</external-xref>) is amended to read as follows:</text>

<subparagraph id="H00DC45766C3E44C7859A510D747E0CDC" indent="up1"><enum>(D)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <term>showerhead</term> has the meaning given such term in ASME A112.18.1–2024, except such term does not include safety shower showerheads.</text> </subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> <subsection id="H9EF8592F30814537AA3122CBE4867B11"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Revisions to regulations</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Energy shall promulgate such revisions to regulations as may be necessary to conform such regulations to the definition of showerhead in section 321(31)(D) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended by subsection (a) of this section.</text></subsection></section>
