<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H25A8FE3E17744680A0FE6EDFC4C0E4C1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Combating Online Fentanyl Trafficking Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HECA14DCCB20F47F6A4C55227ED37D965" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Incentive Pay Authorities for Positions Requiring Specialized Skills to Combat Fentanyl Trafficking</header> <subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBA26B3C71A5B4F9E877F09FAE3264A5A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Definition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this Act, the term <term>cyber skills</term> means expertise in computers, computer networks, information technology, or the internet.</text></subsection> 
<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H7BBE5DA7F8BE4E83BB66402E4886352B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Incentive Pay</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to the availability of appropriations, the Attorney General shall provide incentive pay, in an amount that is not more than 25 percent of the basic pay of the individual, to any individual appointed to a position in the Department of Justice that requires significant cyber skills to aid in the detection, prevention, or prosecution of fentanyl trafficking.</text></subsection> <subsection display-inline="no-display-inline" commented="no" id="HBCA648633181479499E5E97A2A330A22"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitations</header><text>Any incentive pay received under subsection (b) by an individual in a position in the Department of Justice—</text> 
<paragraph display-inline="no-display-inline" commented="no" id="HCB0972093C4149FDAF7C30559690A67B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>shall be disregarded in calculating the aggregate of the basic pay and premium pay paid to the individual for purposes of the pay period limitation and the annual limitation under section 5547 of title 5, United States Code; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph display-inline="no-display-inline" commented="no" id="H7AA7A524232444508C483615C3077E29"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be treated as part of basic pay for purposes of section 8331(3) of title 5, United States Code.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
