Short title

This Act may be cited as the Satellite-Based Agricultural Data Act.

Inclusion of commercial weather as AFRI priority area

Subsection (b)(2)(E)(iii) of the Competitive, Special, and Facilities Research Grant Act (7 U.S.C. 3157(b)(2)(E)(iii)) is amended by inserting , including through the use of data and tools available from commercial weather services after mitigation measures.
