<section id="HE82F5804DD664A48AFDD636687293668" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Farmers First Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section section-type="subsequent-section" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HE93366733E9148228B778EB434D888DC"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 7522 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/5936">7 U.S.C. 5936</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H87AF67133D87460D8C4D153720BC23B5"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (b)(1)(A), by inserting <quote>, including crisis lines</quote> before the semicolon at the end;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H6D66492F5F1343899C72A115E6A61621"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (d), by striking <quote>$10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023</quote> and inserting <quote>$15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HE04CF33E73D54257AAF6A1F1AF1836D8"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking subsection (e) and inserting the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H3FA449F88A03447F9EFCA27DEC769CAA"> <subsection id="H8E24413E487445ECBA2DDE5DC12B93CF"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Referrals to providers</header><text>As part of the efforts of the recipient of a grant under subsection (a) to connect individuals to behavioral health counseling and wellness support and to ensure individuals have access to a comprehensive scope of mental health and substance use treatments and supports, when applicable, the grant recipient may establish referral relationships with—</text> 
<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HDDB36BC6FB4D4B7892263B2BFBF518D7"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">certified community behavioral health clinics described in section 223 of the Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1396a">42 U.S.C. 1396a</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/93">Public Law 113–93</external-xref>);</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H7FC62462644641EEAD2D15EA35A06AF7"><enum>(2)</enum><text>health centers (as defined in section 330(a) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/254b">42 U.S.C. 254b(a)</external-xref>)); </text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HEEA3C6CE76004A2DBAEEFA6CDD1CF522"><enum>(3)</enum><text>rural health clinics (as defined in section 1861(aa) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1395x">42 U.S.C. 1395x(aa)</external-xref>));</text></paragraph> <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H8F8E6E523C2D4D52A8A36EDCEF7F3062"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Federally qualified health centers (as defined in that section); and </text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H8B6D4435FA684DBA8046B052EA2E78A4"><enum>(5)</enum><text>critical access hospitals (as defined in section 1861(mm) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1395x">42 U.S.C. 1395x(mm)</external-xref>)).</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section> </legis-body></bill>
