<section id="H8B381CAFA9884E298872F161B723A42F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Wyoming Education Trust Modernization Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HB4FD9CDD94E84772B62539BB2F994F47"><enum>2.</enum><header>Disposal of public land in the State of Wyoming for educational purposes</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Act of July 10, 1890 (26 Stat. 222, chapter 664), is amended—</text> 
<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HFEF5E34094524935AAA57686F41F6E8C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in section 5, in the first sentence, by striking <quote>interest of</quote> and inserting <quote>earnings on</quote>;</text></paragraph> <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HC96A04F7960C4BEB806551A4F5B857AB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in section 7, by striking <quote>interest of</quote> and inserting <quote>earnings on</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HFE272B71A9E148D8AACBCE3663295052"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in section 8, in the first sentence, by striking <quote>income thereof</quote> and inserting <quote>earnings on which</quote>.</text></paragraph></section> </legis-body></bill>
