<section id="H0BA23EB104174A5D9190D3C5E4F7FDAB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Semiquincentennial Tourism and Access to Recreation Sites Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>STARS Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HE68F686A6FFE460298A96CABA8A23AA1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Free Entrance to NPS sites in honor of America’s 250th anniversary</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In honor of the semiquincentennial of the United States of America, the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the National Park Service, shall designate September 17, 2026, as an entrance-fee free date on which admission is free to all visitors with respect to each National Park Service site that charges an entrance free.</text></section>
