<section id="HE1EBFA04DBFC40118066F5EB8AA5FDC9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Syria Sanctions Relief Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H8581BC06ADB049CDA669D2E8F550E12E"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of measures with respect to the Syrian Arab Republic</header> <subsection id="HABACC21B03E1429BBE1D4A3D28166EE5"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal of the Syria Human Rights Accountability Act of 2012</header> <paragraph id="HF81F994D07F54C8CAB32A70CEB5005FD"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Title VII of the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/8791">22 U.S.C. 8791 et seq.</external-xref>) is repealed.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HA386B96467704E8794BEBAF023AF0E8B"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conforming amendment</header><text>The table of contents for such Act is amended by striking the items relating to title VII.</text></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="HFC87800630A64C7BAF307960F78D57B5"> <enum>(b)</enum> <header>Repeal of the Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act of 2019</header> <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Title LXXIV of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/92">Public Law 116–92</external-xref>) is repealed.</text>
