            <enum>1.</enum>
            <header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Initiating Criminal Enforcement Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>ICE Act</short-title></quote>.</text>

<section id="H34134225FA6E4FB5B187E6F11DA4A241"><enum>2.</enum><header>Interference with immigration enforcement</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 274 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1324">8 U.S.C. 1324</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HE96B0D2BFCE8438CA3D59AE383210CD8" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <subsection id="H97864A5E05F344C7B9EEC7EABC93ED6D"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Interference with immigration enforcement</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any person who knowingly impedes or interferes with an officer or employee of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement who is enforcing the immigration laws, including destroying or damaging property of the United States being used for purposes of such enforcement, shall be fined under title 18, United States Code, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </section>
