<section id="H5D1BD2F8EA4C484F915E2D207C499E55" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Accountability Doesn’t Expire Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HB62589F1F4BB484786914B2FD52D0220"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 15010(k) of the CARES Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/136">Public Law 116–136</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/424">5 U.S.C. 424</external-xref> note) is amended by striking <quote>2025</quote> and inserting <quote>2030</quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H7A3A995D7E0A411A9E6F1D6B0789A5F4"><enum>3.</enum><header>Report on extension of statute of limitations for Paycheck Protection Program loans</header> <text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later than September 30, 2030, the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee shall submit to Congress a report on the impact of each extension of the applicable statute of limitations for loans made under paragraph (36) or (37) of section 7(a) of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/636">15 U.S.C. 636(a)</external-xref>) pursuant to the PPP and Bank Fraud Enforcement Harmonization Act of 2022 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/117/166">Public Law 117–166</external-xref>).</text></section> </legis-body></bill>
