This Act may be cited as the Service Member Housing Relief Act.

Temporary adjustment to a rate of the basic allowance for housing for members of the uniformed services: lower threshold; permanent authority

Section 403(b)(8) of title 37, United States Code, is amended—(1)in subparagraph (A), by striking 20 percent and inserting 15 percent; and(2)by striking subparagraph (C).
