<section id="H96310327FD984FF7A66B256D8170093F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stop Funding Rioters Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H3477816DC2E040D5B25424A958716CA1" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Persons convicted of certain felonies ineligible for Small Business Administration assistance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">No person convicted of an offense relating to a misdemeanor or felony assault of a law enforcement officer, or convicted of a felony for actions during or in connection with a riot that resulted in the destruction of a small business concern (as defined in section 3 of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/632">15 U.S.C. 632</external-xref>)), shall be eligible to receive any assistance from or through, or participate in, any program administered by the Small Business Administration.</text></section>
