Short title

This Act may be cited as the Vietnam Veteran Commemoration Fund Act of 2025.

Extension and modification of program to commemorate 50th anniversary of Vietnam War

(a)

In general

Section 598 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110–181; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended— (1)in subsection (a), by striking may conduct and inserting shall conduct; (2)in subsection (c), by striking may and inserting shall; (3)in subsection (e)(1), by striking If the Secretary establishes and inserting For purposes of carrying out; and (4)in subsection (g)(1)— (A)by striking if established by the Secretary of Defense under subsection (a),; and (B)by inserting of Defense after Secretary. (b)

Effective date

The amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect on November 11, 2025.
