<section id="HCBDFB10415D4421A92F605B5B3E3C52F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>American Flags to Honor Our Veterans Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HD4FB27B663654B2ABD4C728D1B97EE85"><enum>2.</enum><header>Cemetery flags</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 6 of title 4, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text> 
<quoted-block style="USC" id="HC64B90069B8042FAB67C5A7FEFA4B20C" display-inline="no-display-inline"> 
<subsection id="H97EEC3E0A13E4F8E9EC7279AB497DC22"><enum>(h)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the flag may be displayed in a secured, upright position directly adjacent to the grave site of a deceased member of the Armed Forces (as defined in section 101 of title 10) or veteran (as defined in section 101 of title 38).</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> </legis-body></bill>
