Reg. 23338 (April 3, 2024)) shall have no force or effect.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H102F77D68281441F9CA001CFCA799324" style="OLC"><section id="HD5B6135F9B764F05808BEF73A4F9062E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Healthcare Freedom and Choice Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section><section id="H49FCFDE04DAF40EE831BA8BEB457AB95"><enum>2.</enum><header>Short-term, limited duration insurance rule nullification</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The final interagency rule published by the Internal Revenue Service, the Employee Benefits Security Administration, and the Health and Human Services Department relating to <quote>Short-Term, Limited-Duration Insurance and Independent, Noncoordinated Excepted Benefits Coverage</quote> (89 Fed. Reg. 23338 (April 3, 2024)) shall have no force or effect.</text></section><section id="HBD4F57913B444A2B8C45E809AE14A034" display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section"></section></legis-body></bill>
