<section id="H5705F13F96BD4032B1062B7479964EE7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Corporate Crooks Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H71EE13B249834376B9F750CBB7C6B22D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Restriction on service in the executive branch</header> 
<subsection id="H9CAFEC0434364442856AED2E7B861916"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Restriction</header> 
<paragraph id="H6D4F77FD1AB949A48328B94FAACC2B83"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any individual who served or was employed as a chief executive officer at an entity and was finally convicted of a covered crime shall be ineligible for appointment to a position in the executive branch.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H888E8384000B42CC9DDC2B4CE1176DDB"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Covered crime defined</header><text>The term <term>covered crime</term> means any of the following:</text>

                        <enum>(A)</enum>
 <text>Bribery.</text> </subparagraph> <subparagraph id="HAEF921D6EAB8442E977F9DACCD84203A"><enum>(B)</enum><text>Copyright infringement.</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HB7752083DF6A43ADA90B9226FC758766"><enum>(C)</enum><text>Corruption.</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="H8257BCC4532C42A598556E7BE1231BEB"><enum>(D)</enum><text>Cybercrime.</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H2CA92727D1A44FBE8E0D8D1A23914819"><enum>(E)</enum><text>Embezzlement.</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="HA889ABC012A7471AB5F7ACE02E49C081"><enum>(F)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Fraud.</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H25CD38546BF544D8AC028DB2DBEE2F3F"><enum>(G)</enum><text>Insider trading.</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="HEDCD79EACC8D448AA0D0974DACECEAE6"><enum>(H)</enum><text>Wage theft.</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HC02B992F4AC544509564045AFB41890A"><enum>(I)</enum><text>Tax evasion.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="HB89B29843EFE4757B77A28A51FE99A3C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Penalty</header><text>Any individual found in violation of this section shall be removed from service or employment in the executive branch.</text> </subsection></section>
