Short title

This Act may be cited as the Strengthening American Nuclear Energy Act.

Codification of Executive orders relating to nuclear energy

The following Executive orders, signed on May 23, 2025, shall have the force and effect of law: (1)The Executive order entitled Reforming Nuclear Reactor Testing at the Department of Energy. (2)The Executive order entitled Deploying Advanced Nuclear Reactor Technologies for National Security. (3)The Executive order entitled Ordering the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. (4)The Executive order entitled Reinvigorating the Nuclear Industrial Base.
