relating to <quote>Other matters</quote>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="H06F9C406EEC143F8AF513557317EC1B4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>Commission shall</quote> and all that follows through <quote>(1) facilitate</quote> and inserting <quote>Commission shall facilitate</quote>;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H387B7203C1C44E90B6F0695F5DB71147"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (1), by striking <quote>; and</quote> and inserting a period; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HEC5E98CE5D0548D988877E31B30B13DC"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking paragraph (2).</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HE1952C82ACC74A1193DE4F978079F25F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Investment Advisers Act of 1940</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 211(h) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/80b-11">15 U.S.C. 80b–11(h)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="HC067CA29D1EA4064BD8F628DA8142977"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>Commission shall</quote> and all that follows through <quote>(1) facilitate</quote> and inserting <quote>Commission shall facilitate</quote>;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HB34C4BA8A6C44152899E3435458F7B76"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (1), by striking <quote>;
