<section id="HF9DF830EE20B4E609ADA4B393ACAA640" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>American Privacy Restoration Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H10FA001B04D64F75B40A1771FB6C9BD1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of USA PATRIOT Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The USA PATRIOT Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/107/56">Public Law 107–56</external-xref>; 115 Stat. 272) is repealed, and each provision of law amended by such Act is amended to read as such provision read on October 25, 2001.</text> </section>
