<section id="H809F133460974236BC05972328F3C87C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Official Palestine Entry Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H8E2F767D330343CFA898CB09FC959EC7"><enum>2.</enum><header>Modification with respect to membership of Palestine Liberation Organization in United Nations agencies</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 414(a) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/287e">22 U.S.C. 287e</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/101/246">Public Law 101–246</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>the same standing as member states</quote> and inserting <quote>any status, rights, or privileges beyond observer status</quote>.</text></section>
<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section" id="H109CBE84DB4847038115CA620D7C061D"><enum>3.</enum><header>Amendments to limitations on contributions to the United Nations and affiliated organizations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 410 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/287e">22 U.S.C. 287e</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/103/236">Public Law 103–236</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>full membership</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>any status, rights, or privileges beyond observer status</quote>.</text></section> <section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section" id="HE1953CFFFF114B6B98FDA63850C86CEA"><enum>4.</enum><header>Rule of construction</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Nothing is this Act shall be construed to apply to Taiwan.</text></section>
