<section id="HAD6D253640EF4586BBE76F25C2A5753C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Restoring WIFIA Eligibility Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H548710CC2763421B9B9CADBF900C0D82"><enum>2.</enum><header>Budgetary treatment of certain amounts of financial assistance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subtitle C of title V of the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2014 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/3901">33 U.S.C. 3901 et seq.</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<section id="H2207E92280B14E83839D25AFD10CDDAF"><enum>5037.</enum><header>Budgetary treatment of certain amounts of financial assistance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">If the recipient of financial assistance for a project under this subtitle is an eligible entity other than a Federal entity, agency, or instrumentality, and the dedicated sources of repayment of that financial assistance are non-Federal revenue sources, such financial assistance shall, for purposes of budgetary treatment under the Federal Credit Reform Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/661">2 U.S.C. 661 et seq.</external-xref>)—</text> <paragraph id="H36C91C6D073A4D04B5FDCFDF4854688E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>be deemed to be non-Federal; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H70FB5363DE6B440AA942979823C8D6EB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>be treated as a direct loan or loan guarantee (as such terms are defined, respectively, in such Act).</text></paragraph></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> </legis-body></bill>
