<section id="HA4AC3DC215E4433CA66844FECD68EA92" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Easter Monday Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H67E136ACEFD94BCF87C243F8D206C3E3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Easter Monday as a legal public holiday</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 6103(a) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to Washington’s Birthday the following:</text>
