R. 2863</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20250410">April 10, 2025</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="L000596">Mrs. Luna</sponsor> (for herself and <cosponsor name-id="B001309">Mr. Burchett</cosponsor>) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HFA00">Committee on Foreign Affairs</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To prohibit the use of any United States weapon, weapons system, munition, aircraft, vessel, boat, or other implement of war against Christian properties and Christian civilians in any foreign country.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H012C4A27AA904826BDFDE4E05DCF8296" style="OLC"><section id="H24D91B8A5FCE4C7B8E60995950A07DB2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Civilians Resisting Unlawful Strikes Against Divine Establishments Act</short-title></quote> or <quote><short-title>CRUSADE Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section><section id="H580E323B8CE7459592E8F9219E336042"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on use of any United States weapon, weapons system, munition, aircraft, vessel, boat, or other implement of war against any Christian properties and Christian civilians in foreign countries</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the President shall take such actions as may be necessary to ensure that any weapon, weapons system, munition, aircraft, vessel, boat, or other implement of war provided by the United States to any foreign country may not be used against any of the following:</text><paragraph id="H7A28BD9AFB2F48979C50ACC4049067AC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Christian properties in any foreign country, including churches or other religious buildings, sites, or monuments, and real or personal property of any Christian persons.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HEFF765FEFFD544FBB15CCF2E468570A1"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Christian civilians in any foreign country. </text></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
