Reg. 30502 (June 30, 2017)) without regard to any other provision of law that applies to the issuance of that final rule. </text></subsection><subsection id="H92BC16B2C34D447B89A19045B04F96EB"><enum>(b)</enum><header>No judicial review</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The reissuance of the final rule described in subsection (a) (including this section) shall not be subject to judicial review. </text></subsection></section></legis-body><endorsement display="yes"><action-date date="20251003">October 3, 2025</action-date><action-desc>Reported with an amendment, committed to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union, and ordered to be printed</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
