<section id="H99FDA419D78E4F18B99A07CEAFCBD966" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Youth Lead Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HF84EFADF15D94A18809C9EB9DC8CF3B9"><enum>2.</enum><header>Grants for youth organizations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 410(d) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/7630">7 U.S.C. 7630(d)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
<paragraph id="H56E69B3BCA7041A78B01F1E8E89E3904"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end of paragraph (1);</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H3942AC37B1F64C93AC48A7A16B012B43"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the period at the end of paragraph (2) and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HBD3EE2C6E1FC4740866EAE7C019A32E6"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="H2E69F7AF06624082A5A8200983B26F9A" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <paragraph id="HC73267A3F95849DB8C0CB50A257D17DA"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">$5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section>
