<section id="HBAFB2CA6CF5B4A1FBDB776A4B4471BD7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>End Judge Shopping Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H20CDF261EBEE4C2FBFD9215C3EA894B1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Orders purporting to restrain enforcement against non-parties</header> <subsection id="H5F59C5CF4DD74F318E7620F84133781E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/28/87">Chapter 87</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<section id="H0DE97F4937044BEC99F67CC64E8CE2DC"><enum>1414.</enum><header>Civil actions seeking nationwide injunctions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">A civil action which seeks an order enforceable in each district and division of the United States shall be brought only in a division of a judicial district which has two or more active judges assigned.</text></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> <subsection id="HD94A67A5E1174B1894533A635028767B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text>The table of sections for such chapter is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
