display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Homes for Heroes Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="HBD613D5E90034509A7F6ED89ABEBDDE8" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increase to maximum amount of housing loan guaranty entitlement available to certain veterans</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Clause (ii) of section 3703(a)(1)(C) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>25 percent of the Freddie Mac conforming loan limit</quote> and inserting <quote>37.5 percent of the Freddie Mac conforming loan limit</quote>. </text></section><section id="H1080CAE96942485C9C4966B90EC2C71C"><enum>3.</enum><header>Adjustment of fees for interest rate reduction refinancing housing loans guaranteed insured, or made by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The loan fee table in section 3729(b)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking the row in subparagraph (E) (relating to interest rate reduction refinancing loans) and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block
