<section id="H669D89F07AC94DFB8A53058066284187" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Paula Bohovesky and Joan D’Alessandro Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H3736748A0E964D92965834507635FC36"><enum>2.</enum><header>Death or Imprisonment for Crimes Against Children</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3559(d)(1)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after <quote>14 years</quote> the following: <quote>or if the victim has not attained the age of 18 years if the conviction involved a sexual offense</quote>. </text></section>
