<section id="H28D1B943E4C043B2B80D57A6EB3AE222" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Crime Doesn’t Fly Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H13729A53887A4DB0932A4F94B2BE36A0"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition of use of ICE arrest warrants as identification at aviation security checkpoints</header> <subsection id="H0A1CDDB9219D4A47B94751B1D07F8167"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Except as provided in subsection (b), the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration may not accept a prohibited document as valid proof of identification at an aviation security checkpoint. </text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HB21B2334CA814D9BB7CE629C51E1CEDD"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Exception</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (a) shall not apply with respect to an alien who is being removed from the United States in accordance with the immigration laws (as such term is defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1101">8 U.S.C. 1101</external-xref>)).</text></subsection> <subsection id="HE424E48ADDA74B98B006C37AFCDACA5C"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Prohibited document defined</header><text>In this section, the term <term>prohibited document</term> means any of the following:</text> 
<paragraph id="H41B3214F549E44DB8130EF51EB100407"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Immigration and Customs Enforcement Form I–200, Warrant for Arrest of Alien (or any successor form).</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HE5C96A83164D47B39EDCED15DC65980B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Immigration and Customs Enforcement Form I–205, Warrant of Removal/Deportation (or any successor form).</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
