Short title

This Act may be cited as the No Citizenship for Alien Invaders Act of 2025.

Ineligibility for naturalization

Section 312 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1423) is amended by adding at the end the following: No alien who enters the United States unlawfully shall be eligible for naturalization, notwithstanding any other provision of the immigration laws..
