<section id="HF597DB5A99E646F0B939F3A418994688" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Dual Loyalty Disclosure Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="H86B1A0C8AFA746DF85C5E9D8E957F2C7"><enum>2.</enum><header>Contents of statement of candidacy</header> <subsection id="H1F2E4770F18B4C8D8D900C3B81354A31"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 302(e)(1) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/52/30102">52 U.S.C. 30102(e)(1)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting <quote>, and shall include, in the case the candidate is a citizen of any country other than the United States, a disclosure with respect to such citizenship that includes an identification of the other country of which the candidate is a citizen</quote> after <quote>principal campaign committee of such candidate</quote>.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HCF0A64ED5E364A2CB036D376F94DBCE6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text>The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. </text></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
