<section id="HA0BBAF0269BD4309BF027E10A9B6EEBB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Common Sense Air Regulations Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="H958F6A16A7314DE0978E71B118EA0D90"><enum>2.</enum><header>Nullification of final rule relating to Reconsideration of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Particulate Matter</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The final rule of the Environmental Protection Agency titled <quote>Reconsideration of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Particulate Matter</quote> (89 Fed. Reg. 16202 (March 6, 2024)) shall have no force or effect.</text></section>
